Arturo Cisneros was born in Mayari, Holguin, Cuba. Arturo studied Painting, Sculpture, and Engraving in 1963 at the School for Art Instructors in Miramar, Havana, Cuba.
Arturo has worked as a Graphic Designer, Muralist, and Painter. He has recieved numerous awards in Cuba, Russia, Europe, and North America. He has works in private and public collections throughout Cuba, Spain, France, Russia, and North America.
